ARM Commercial Services Pvt. Ltd. is providing services as Corporate Home Loan Counsellor for State Bank Of India (SBI). Services include doorstep collection of documents from the prospective borrower for Home Loan/ Balance Transfer of existing Home Loan to avail benefit of reduced interest rates and longer repayment period resulting in lower EMI (monthly instalments)/ Loan Against property (LAP). Other services include preparation of the loan file and submission to SBI for sanction of Home loan. The discretion to sanction the home loan and quantum of loan/ applicable interest rate/ tenure lies with SBI, depending on the Borrower profile and CIBIL Score. The company (ARM Commercial Services Pvt. Ltd.) does not charge/ recover any fees from the prospective borrower for the services rendered to him/ her/ them. Balance transfer of existing Home Loan enables a customer to transfer home loan from Commercial Banks, Private and Foreign Banks, Housing Finance Companies registered with National Housing Bank (NHB), subject to the condition that the borrower should satisfy the eligibility criteria for availing Home loan as per the Bank’s (SBI) instructions and has serviced interest and/ or instalment of the existing loan regularly, as per the original terms of sanction.
